Don’t worry

Remember this video and the lyrics in it?

I simply LOVE it – it makes me happy, cheerfull and foolish. It makes me sing and dance in my livingroom and my children really embarressed and at the same time cheerfull and happy too… It makes me think about moving to NY – since I already lived in California. It makes me connect to my siblings, my parents, my friends, my spouse, my collegues. Even more. It makes me go out and do something, that scares me – just a little bit – every day.

Some of the best parts of this lyric is this one, in my opinion:
“Be carefull whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply. Advice is a form of nostalgia. Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal wiping it of, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it is worth…”

And then OF COURSE this part: “Don’t worry. Or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum”.
